2. Digital Products & Licensing

All products sold by Beat It AT are digital downloads. By purchasing or downloading our sample packs, MIDI kits, or any other sound products, you are bound by our Licensing Agreement.

  • You must adhere to all royalty splits and credit requirements.
  • Major label placements require immediate clearance.
  • Digital downloads are non-tangible goods and cannot be returned.

3. Fraudulent Activity & Termination

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud. Any attempts to purchase products using unauthorized payment methods, stolen credit cards, or chargeback fraud will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account ban
  • Termination of all licensing agreements and contracts
  • Reporting to local authorities and law enforcement
  • Potential legal action and civil charges

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to audio samples, MIDI files, logos, text, graphics, and website design, is the intellectual property of Beat It AT Production & Publishing LLC.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, or repackage any of our products without explicit written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the sounds according to our Licensing Agreement, but it does not transfer ownership of the original copyright.
