No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please read our complete policy below.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of our business and digital downloads, we cannot permit refunds.
Once you complete a purchase, you are immediately granted access to download your products. Because digital files can be downloaded and copied instantly, we are unable to verify whether the product has been used, making refunds impractical for digital goods.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, listen to previews, and ensure compatibility before making a purchase.
Exception: Duplicate Orders
The only exception to our no-refund policy is for duplicate orders.
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase with your order details, and we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.

- Request must be within 48 hours
Fraud Warning
Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.
If orders are placed fraudulently using stolen credit cards, unauthorized payment methods, or any other form of fraud, the following actions will be taken immediately:
- Your licensing agreement and contract will be terminated immediately
- Your account will be permanently banned
- Fraud will be reported to local authorities
- You may face legal repercussions including civil and criminal charges
We take fraud seriously and work closely with payment processors and law enforcement to investigate and prosecute fraudulent activity to the fullest extent of the law.
