Important
By downloading any content from Beat It AT, you accept all agreements of use outlined below. All samples and MIDI require royalty splits with Beat It AT.
Credit Requirements
You must credit @beatitat as specified when using samples and/or MIDI from any sound kit created by Beat It AT.
This includes:
- Any beats made or produced by you
- Beats sent out to indie artists
- Beats sent out to major artists

Prod. By [YourName] & Beat It ATor
Prod. By [YourName] & @beatitatBeat Sales
If you are posting a beat for sale using our samples or MIDI:

Royalty Split
For all beats using samples from our packs, royalties will be split:
This applies to releases with:
- Indie artists
- Major artists
- Recording artists, rappers, singers, etc.

Major Label Clearance
If you place a record with a Major Label using samples from our kits, you agree to split:
- Publishing
- Mechanicals
- Points
- Advance fees
Important: For all major artist releases and indie artists, you must contact us before signing any contracts or selling any beats with our MIDI or samples.
